Possession Claims
Once a valid notice has expired, a court application may be required to obtain possession of the property. Our fixed-fee service includes reviewing your paperwork, preparing the claim and submitting the application to court on your behalf. Court fees are additional and are charged at the standard court rate.

County Court Bailiff Enforcement
Once a Possession Order has been obtained, we can apply for a Warrant of Possession to arrange eviction through the County Court Bailiff service.

Enforcement
County Court Bailiff
Application for warrant of execution & eviction through the County Court. This will ensure a Bailiff's attendance at your property to guarantee possession.

High Court Enforcement Officer
For cases where possession is required urgently, we can apply to transfer enforcement to the High Court. High Court Enforcement Officers are generally able to enforce possession more quickly than County Court Bailiffs.
